Our favourite restaurant which we have only just discovered is called "La Bascula" which means weighing scales in english. This vegetarian cooperative-run café located in a former chocolate factory is a "hidden Jewel" in the trendy Borne Area. With excellent fresh food and a large dining room situated out back it creates a laid back ambience with healthy dishes to choose from, desserts to die for, interesting teas and a creative mixture of smoothies and milkshakes and reasonably priced.
