After receiving requests for details of restaurants from people who suffer from celiac disease, we decided to contact the Catalonian Celiacs Association, who kindly provided us with this information. Whilst these restaurants are not entirely gluten-free, they offer understanding toward people with such dietary necessities, often by having a celiac in the family, or simply by having a kind disposition. However, we do recommend that you mention your necessity for a gluten-free diet when you make your reservation.
